CASA NOVA
A residence in a traditional village in the center of Mallorca with a modern style – that was the client's premise. This led to a predominantly stone front façade without joints and proportions that give it a contemporary appearance without clashing with the surroundings. The interiors and the rear façade follow a minimalist style, featuring a large glass façade spanning the width of the house, providing access to the backyard.
The elongated pool in the backyard takes center stage from the ground floor, where the living room, kitchen, dining area, and garage are located. The sleeping area is situated on the first floor.
