For the renovation of this cataloged dwelling located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, we maintained a traditional Mallorcan aesthetic, using noble materials such as stone or wood, while also incorporating cutting-edge installation systems to ensure maximum comfort for its inhabitants, such as underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation.
Two large windows were opened on the rear façade to connect the three-story house with the terrace. An elevated pool was designed at the same level as the terrace to enjoy the spectacular views that extend to the sea.
